QUALITYFRY, one of the companies selected by INNEON achieve a capital increase of more than one million euros

QUALITYFRY, innovative company in Automation kitchen activity, completed last December a capital increase of more than one million euros (€ 1,018,975) in an operation led by KereonPartners and with the participation of Caixa Capital Risc. This new impulse will accelerate its presence in the domestic and international markets and will allow the development of new products, as reported by the company on its website.

Qualityfry is one of the companies selected by the European network for investment in eco innovation, INNEON, led by ZABALA Innovation Consulting.

The network for investment in eco innovation INNEON aims to promote sources of public and private funding in this area and in social innovation in European regions, and encourage contact and interaction between entrepreneurs and the most important investors. INNEON arises from the confirmation of the European Commission that one of the main barriers to  the growth of the green economy remains in the access to funding sources.

Qualityfry is a company specialized in the design, manufacture and sale of automatic machines Frying company has created Fast Chef Elite, a machine for the Horeca sector whose technology healthy, efficient and sustainable frying avoids the emission of fumes and odors, and the mixture flavors, allowing local frying without fume extraction or without cooking and, in any case facilitating ingrates frying processes.

The kitchen without smoke or odors, as is proposed by QUALITYFRY with the fryer FAST CHEF ELITE, is advanced as a very viable business option within the ecofriendly trend. On the one hand, it ensures a healthy cooking result because frying technology develops, and on the other, ensures a cooking process with low or no environmental impact.

This Spanish technology was recognized last November by the European Commission with the Seal of Excellence under the Framework Programme for Research and Innovation Horizon 2020.

This technology also implies the commitment to create sustainable spaces that reduce the ecological footprint generated by the food preparation, betting for catering equipment with lower cost of electricity, water, or better waste management.
