The so-called #EUCO lays the foundation for recovery with a large joint debt for the Next Generation EU. On the other side of the coin, there will be cut in key items for research and innovation, such as the Europe Horizon.

Horizon 2020 project, CIRCUSOL, represented sustainable business models at the European Roundtable gathering solar power industry.
The solutions developed in Innsbruck (Austria) and Bolzano (Italy) can be fully applied in 12 countries of the European Union, demonstrating the representativeness of the pilot cities. The social impact studies will become relevant in the implementation of similar initiatives to face current societal challenges.
The European Commission has proposed a €750 billion recovery fund which includes a grant facility of up to € 310 billion and € 250 billion in loans.
