Define the strategic areas of positioning at European level, including related key stakeholders.

Analyse the relevant networks and associations, their role in the European framework and determine the optimal way to participate in them.

Identify and contact the most relevant people in charge of the definition of the work programmes and new regulations at European Union level to keep you abreast of the latest developments.

Work and collaborate to Influence the definition of work programmes and topics of the relevant European funding programmes in the medium term taking into account any relevant changes that might affect your activities.

Reach out to leading partners from across Europe to position your joint collaboration at the forefront of the identified strategic areas.

Consistently work with you to identify new strategic areas for collaboration and determine if your activities can be structured into strategic collaborative RD&I projects at European level to be submitted to call for proposals of the European Commission or related agencies.

Constantly work towards Improving your participation in projects promoted by European coordinators in strategic areas of interest.
