In order to facilitate the participation of interested entities in Horizon 2020, we have prepared a complete calendar with the deadlines of the main calls, according to the work programs published by the Commission for 2018 and 2019.
This new initiative will develop a buildings' refurbishment methodology managed through a common decision-making platform that will interconnect key steps and stakeholders involved in retrofitting plans.
Horizon 2020 is the EU's biggest research and innovation funding programme with an overall budget of EUR 77 billion. Its Work Programme for the last phase (2018-2020) has been published on 27th October 2017 and has an overall budget of EUR 30 billion, out of which an estimated EUR 6 billion will be spent on research and innovation in the ICT sector.
The European Commission announced how it will spend €30 billion of the EU research and innovation funding programme Horizon 2020 during 2018-2020, including €2.7 billion to kick-start a European Innovation Council.
