Gorka Arzallus

Gorka joined the Brussels office of Zabala Innovation in 2022 as a consultant and since has been involved in several European projects and proposals, mainly in the energy, mobility and digital industry sectors, such as the Batteries Europe Secretariat. He is also part of Zabala Innovation’s Transport Knowledge Area, managing topics in the road transport sector (electric vehicle and connected and autonomous vehicle).

Before joining Zabala Innovation, he worked as a production and quality engineer in the paper industry, and later as a mechanical design and testing engineer in the railway industry. He also has a wide experience as a technical sales promoter.

Gorka studied a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering in the University of Navarra (Spain), and a master’s degree in Industrial design and product development in the International University of La Rioja (Spain). He speaks Spanish, Basque and English fluently, and working on improving his French and basic German.
