Camino Correia has a degree in Industrial Engineering, specialised in Electrical Engineering from the University of the Basque Country (Bilbao, 1986-93) and a PhD in Applied Natural Sciences from the University of Leuven (1973-1976). With more than 18 years of experience in innovation management, including more than 10 years of management experience in European projects (FP5, FP6 and FP7 and CIP), she is the director of the international area of Zabala. In addition to being responsible for the coordination with the Brussels office, she is an expert in the coordination of industrial R&I projects, technology demand studies and technology diffusion projects.
