Edoardo Genova

Edoardo Genova has joined the Brussels office of Zabala in early 2022 as Communication Project Manager. He currently manages the communication and dissemination work packages of the projects ETIP SNET, BRIDGE and DiGiFed, and also works in the company’s English Communications department.

His day-to-day tasks include writing press releases, news articles and newsletters, updating website content, monitoring upcoming events, as well as assisting in the logistical preparation for them, planning social media campaigns, live-tweeting and coordinating with third parties to produce online shareable materials and offline communication materials, such as brochures, videos and other promotional materials.

Edoardo holds two MAs in Terrorism, Security & Society from King’s College London and in International Relations and Diplomacy from the University of Bologna (Forlì campus). Edoardo has developed experience in communication across his previous career. Before joining Zabala, he worked for the European Energy Research Alliance (EERA) and already spent two years working as a freelance photographer and video maker, while before was in the field of events organisation and outreach.
