At ZABALA Innovation, we are making a special effort to grow sustainably in both the human and digital spheres. We would like to share this news with you because success has been possible thanks to having organisations and collaborators like you by our side. A few brief facts:

Our HUMAN growth

• Growth: in just one year we have grown by +100 people (from 250 -May 2020- to +350 professionals -May 2021-).
• Female: 55% of the team are women.
• Highly qualified: 95% of people have university degrees and 57 people (17%) have PhDs (of which 34 are women (60%) and 23 are men).

In addition, this has also been a year of consolidation of Kaila, our smart platform to boost innovation ecosystems.
