Achieving European funding is an arduous task due to the highly competitive nature of the various programmes managed by the European Commission. At Zabala Innovation we have been working from FP6 to the current Horizon Europe in the management of EU projects as well as in other European funding programmes such as LIFE, Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), Innovation Fund or Interreg, among others. This has allowed us to have a specific service in European Project Management in which we have developed our own working methodology that we can adapt to different European programmes.

Furthermore, we support the consortia in the preparation of their reports and conduct thorough analyses of any deviations that occur to determine if amendments to the contract with the Commission are necessary.
