SUSTAINABILITY

Our commitment to solidarity projects in 2024

At Zabala Innovation, projects that inspire and transform the world hold a special place, and the call for solidarity initiatives is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the year.

Every year, our teams, from the 13 offices that make up Zabala Innovation, have the opportunity to submit proposals that reflect their commitment to causes that create a positive impact on society. These initiatives cover essential areas such as health, social inclusion, education, and environmental protection.

This is a participatory process. All proposals are put to an internal vote, and the most supported ones receive financial backing to continue their valuable work.

In 2024, the call was even more special. Half of the funds were allocated to assist the victims of the DANA (Isolated Depression at High Levels) that hit the Valencia region hard, while the remaining funds continued to support the solidarity projects selected by our team.

The tangible impact of the solidarity projects 2024

When commitment is translated into concrete actions, people’s lives can change for the better. One such example is the Aspace Navarra Association, dedicated to supporting people with cerebral palsy, proposed in this call by Sancho Ubani, senior consultant at Zabala Innovation.

With the help of the donation received this year, Aspace was able to acquire a ceiling hoist with a harness for the Virgen de Orreaga School in Cizur (Navarre, Spain). This equipment not only helps children with reduced mobility participate in sports activities, but also allows them to practice sports in a vertical position, significantly improving their health and well-being.

Projects that transform communities
