Lorena Iglesias works as R&D&I Consultant and is responsible for the administrative and financial management of the CIRCUSOL project – H2020 Energy funded project – focused on the development of new circular business models for second-hand solar panels and electric vehicle batteries (coordinated by VITO) and of the sCO2Flex project – The supercritical CO2 cycle for flexible and sustainable support to the electricity system. In addition, it manages Zabala’s participation in the Batteries Europe consortium, coordinated by Innoenergy. Apart from this, she is also involved in researching opportunities for EU funding and positioning for other clients of the company. Lorena has acquired solid skills in EU project management and a good command of the EU legal framework, funding programmes and related policies.
