María Ángeles Liberal is an Industrial Engineer, specialised in mechanics. She has more than 20 years of experience in the structuring and management of R&I projects, elaborating and managing proposals for SMEs and large companies. During this period, she has participated in all areas of innovation consulting, including the promotion, development, coordination, management and monitoring of proposals for the main regional programs (Navarra, La Rioja and the Basque Country), as well as national R&I support programs. It is worth mentioning her participation in the promotion and management of large regional and national cooperative projects. In the field of grants, she is the main responsible for regional R&I calls in the Basque Country and La Rioja. She is currently responsible for a team of 16 people, oriented to provide innovation management services to companies in the Transport, Energy, Materials, Environment and Footwear sectors.
