María Jesús Asarta

María Jesús Asarta holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Public University of Navarra. She began her professional career as a researcher in the Signal Theory and Communications Area of the Centre for Technical Studies and Research of Guipuzcoa (CEIT). In 2003 she joined Zabala Innovation, working initially as a consultant and later, in 2008, she became responsible for managing a team of 15 people and a portfolio of more than 50 clients from different sectors (electronics, software, communications, capital goods, machine tools…). As team leader, she has carried out functions such as: setting team objectives, organising the necessary resources to achieve these objectives and monitoring the progress of the work, participating in advising clients on innovation management.

Currently, his work focuses on identifying trends in digital technologies, advising on digital transformation processes and drawing up strategic innovation plans for companies and Public Administration, as part of the Consulting Services team.
