Xabier Semperena holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from Mondragon University (Spain). Before joining the Zabala Innovation team, he worked for four years as a financial auditor at the professional services firm KPMG. His financial background has enabled him to contribute to European projects which, due to their specific characteristics, require a robust economic and financial structure, such as the EIC Accelerator and the Innovation Fund.
