Strategic consultancy, or how to optimise change management

More than 35 years of learning and experience endorse our strategic consultancy work, advising and accompanying all types of clients in search of innovation and change management. Now, we are strengthening this knowledge with the creation of a new specific business area, the Consultancy Services Unit. This department is the result of the company’s 2021-2024 Strategic Plan and the Zabala Innovation’s fourth business unit.

“This consultancy service has been provided since the company’s beginnings. Now, we want to structure it by increasing the capacity and quality of our response to both public entities and the private sector. In this way, we will seek synergies and support among the rest of the business units. Ours is an accompaniment service oriented towards change management and totally adapted to the needs of the client, as no two consultancy services are the same”, says Unai Zabala, director of the Consultancy Services Unit.

“We are dedicated to accompanying our clients throughout the change management process, mainly by analysing the background of their organisation, diagnosing the situation, designing a plan, carrying out its implementation and, finally, monitoring it”, explains Unai Zabala.

Thanks to the Next Generation EU funds and the profusion of applications of grants to attract them, Zabala Innovation’s strategic consultancy has a very wide range of actions. Some of them have an international dimension, as Zabala Innovation also carries out its strategic consultancy in European projects and international tenders. An illustrative example is the implementation of a project with the Inter-American Development Bank in Colombia, or the development of other activities in Panama.
