In November 2025, Zabala Innovation reached the milestone of 600 employees — a new achievement in its path of sustainable growth. In recent years, the company has reinforced its international presence with new offices in Lisbon (Portugal) and Alcoy (Spain), consolidating its role as a leading international consultancy in innovation funding.
In less than two years, Zabala Innovation has increased its team by 20%, from 500 to 600 people. This growth responds to the need to be closer to clients and partners across Europe, in a context where innovation funding, sustainability, and digital transformation are more strategic than ever.
The opening of the Lisbon (2023) and Alcoy (2025) offices reflects this commitment to proximity. Both locations strengthen collaboration with local stakeholders, attract specialized talent, and enable more active participation in regional innovation ecosystems.
With a presence in four countries and thirteen offices, Zabala Innovation continues to embrace diversity as a source of creativity and competitiveness.
