Akuo Energy, social and renewable energy

Akuo Energy is a French renewable energy company that develops and operates facilities around the world, including countries like the United States, France, Poland, Australia, Croatia, Dubai, Indonesia, Morocco, Turkey and Uruguay. Headquartered in Paris, the firm was founded in 2007 and is responsible for the development, financing, supervision, construction and operation of completed facilities, which focus on wind, solar and hydroelectric power, as well as biomass and ocean thermal energy production.

Since 2007, Akuo has been committed to developing and implementing projects that go beyond the production of renewable energy and creates additional social benefits for the inhabitants of the areas in which the company is located. In addition, it operates throughout the entire value chain of its projects: development, finance, operation and maintenance.

Akuo Energy has also established itself as one of France’s leading independent producers of renewable energy, its collaboration with Zabala Innovation having begun in 2018.
